Rainbow Birthday Tutu Flower Dress

Rainbow Birthday Tutu Dress is simply stunning. Made with every shade of the rainbow.
Bodice is adorned with multiple styles of rainbow colored flowers.

Comes with red satin straps that ties over the shoulders in a pretty bow. Please note that shoulder straps can be made with longer tails (as shown) or can be made shorter. Please note when checking out which option you would like.

Following measurements are needed for a proper fitting custom dress...
Length, Bust and armpit to waist.

Length - measure from waist to knees (or desired length if you would like it longer)
Bust - measure all the way around the chest 
Measure from under armpit to waist (provide that number you get in the space below)
