Skirt is roughly 8 inches long, and 17 inches around with an elastic waistband that fits most one year old babies.
Headband is one size fits most, however keep in mind that it will not fit babies younger than 9 months and those that have smaller heads. Headband is cow ears and bow on a standard plastic headband.
Headband does not have horns on it for one important reason - only bulls have horns!!!
Leg Warmers are one size fits most, however keep in mind that it will be really big on babies younger than 4 months. Cow Spot Leg Warmers come adorned with a hand-applied red heart to tie the whole outfit together!
